I have used Greenshot and WebRemarks and both seem to be better suited for my needs. Snagit looks like a tool that has every possible feature that they could think of, but in the process, they have compromised on the ease to use and the speed. It has nice features, but overall I would prefer a simpler tool that will allow me to be faster with my flow.

The support from SnagIT team has been outstanding at the time of installation and later on when I had doubts. It feels like a more tested and rounded product to use.
